1. Web privacy policy
Stone ARX, Inc. (“StoneARX” or “we” or “us”) takes your privacy seriously, and we want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your information that we collect through StoneARX websites and services. In addition to this Privacy Policy, users of the StoneARX site should consult the StoneARX site terms of use as well as any product-specific terms and conditions that apply. This Privacy Policy applies to www.stonearx.com and other Web locations under StoneARX’s control on which this Privacy Policy is posted.
2. What information we collect
a. Information you give us: We respect the right to privacy of all visitors to the StoneARX sites. We receive and store information you enter on our sites or give us in other ways. The information we may ask you to provide may depend on your identity as a buyer, seller or third party representative of commercial real estate. Information we may collect directly from you includes contact information such as name, email address and phone number, financial information such as bank account number and payment instructions. We may also collect information about your activities and interest in real estate that we associate with you, such as the address of properties, title or deed documents, property tax records, mortgage payoff statements, transactional documents, and preapproval letters. This includes information you may submit on forms such as a Purchase Order forms. Some forms collect sensitive information necessary for us to provide our services to you.
b. Information we collect automatically: When you interact with our sites, certain information about your use of our sites is automatically collected. This information includes computer and connection information, such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from our sites, referral URL, ad data, your IP address, and device identifiers. This information also may include your transaction history, and your web log information, how you search for our sites, the websites you click on from our sites or emails, whether and when you open our emails, and your browsing activities across other websites.
This information is collected through automated data collection tools such as cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies.
3. Email communication and related services
StoneARX provides you with the opportunity to receive communications from us or third parties.
Email communications that you send to us via the email links on our site may be shared with a customer service representative that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry.

4. Surveys
We occasionally survey visitors to our site. The information from these surveys is used in aggregated form to help us understand the needs of our visitors so that we can improve our site. We retain certain information related to real estate transactions conducted through our service on StoneARX’s digital ledger technology in an on-chain and off-chain manor, sometimes referred to as blockchain. This allows for a permanent recording of transactions. For data that is not stored on StoneARX’s digital ledger technology, we retain the information for as long as reasonably required to fulfill the business purpose for which we have collected it.
7. We may share information with third parties
We share your personal information with our service providers to perform the functions for which we engage them. For example, we may use third parties to host our site or assist us in providing functionality on our services, and to process payments.
We may share your information with other users who you have authorized to act under your account or who are participating in a real estate transaction with you that is being conducted using our site and services.
